The Pro has some really cool features.

Keyboard:
I come from Treo land and do miss the kb. I never really did type a lot though. It was quick and I used the many keys as shortcuts to get things done with one hand. The Pro doesn't appear to be the answer with its sliding kb but AE Button Plus could help some. I've never used a sliding kb so I'm not sure. I'm kind of getting used to the on screen full querty. I might get a bluetooth kb just in case. I always thought the Foleo concept was good. It was just way over priced, a little too early, and didn't need to be anything more than a terminal. The Redfly looks like the ticket. MS voice command and Jott for Outlook look promising too.

Storage:
I do not like the idea of being stuck with 4GB and no expansion but how long will it be before I want a new phone model anyways? I never filled up my 4GB card on my Centro. Here is where the possibilities get interesting. MS Mesh, ORB, online storage, usb drive on a Redfly, Slingbox.

Video Out:
The idea of doing a PowerPoint presentaions from my phone sounds nice. I probably would still end up using my laptop and my presenter so I wouldn't be tied to the projector by a cable. Seems like with the short power adapter cord that comes with the phone and a video cable you'd have to be right at the projector with the Pro while doing a presentation.

Camera Flash:
That would be nice. I don't take a bunch of pictures but I would like to have this feature. I would use it for a flashlight more than a camera flash. There are other ways. I used my Treo's for flashlights. Just need to set it up so a white screen can pop up easily.

Business Card Scanner:
I'm thinking that it would be kind of a novelty and that I'd have to correct stuff anyways. It seems like this would be possible on the Diamond with software?

I'm not trying to convince anyone other than myself. I'm just interested in other people's thoughts. I know that adding some of this stuff costs money. I just really really like the size of the Diamond. I keep picking up my Centro and asking myself if I actually want to go with something a larger an heavier?
very good points. I am in the same boat as you. My 30 days with the diamond ends on november 7th but at this time I am sticking with it. I will never use more than 2gb of space so the internal storage doesnt bother me. Also, we all know the diamond has it challenges with battery (although not uncommon for this type of device) but I heard the touch pro will be even more taxing on the battery with less talk time. the keyboard is a challenge but I find the compact querty to work fine for me and is very quick. For now I am staying with the diamond. the only thing that would make me move is to go with the att fuze on gsm simply because I get better coverage in my house with gsm based phones(t-mobile, att).
