Re: TOUCH Probs - Bell - 6.1 - Dropped Calls

So, apparently 2 hours with Tech Support, soft reset and numerous connecting and disconnecting of phone features, it seems to be an issue with their end. *94 X is usually used to limit the number of rings the phone goes through before voicemail comes up. Thats what they're Tech Support and other guys here have said, and thats what I had followed.

WRONG, sorry guys, but it seems with these phones, because of custom rings, the X stands for the seconds you want it to ring before voicemail takes it.
to sum up.

HELL MOBILITY sucks, but for any else with this problem,
*94 X where X is the number of seconds, NOT the number of rings.

Thanks for the help guys, it seems to run fine now, but will wait and see
