today i got a extended 30 days extension to return my touch diamond, which means if the touch pro does come out on November 2, i can still get it and return my diamond. my 30 days would have been up tomorrow on the 23, so i called sprint and requested the return package because i didn't want my diamond phone anymore because i wanted the AT&T Iphone. i explained to them that i would have considered getting the touch pro, but it wasn't out until november 2nd and i wasn't going two weeks without a phone. i also pointed out and they confirmed how sprint had been repeatedly over billing me for over 7 months, and making repeated mistakes on my bills causing them having to keep correcting their mistake... which was all documented on my account. so the lady extended my 30 day return deadline so i can get the touch pro on november 2. now lets just hope it actually comes out on that date
