sprints latest radio version is 1.27.
you will not want to follow it too exactly. you will first want to go to
http://sprint.com/downloads and select windows mobile (CE) from the dropdown then select submit. select 6700 upgrade application's download link to the right. save to you desktop and execute after you have synchronized at least once with your pc. after you are done you can delete this file. All you have to do is follow the onscreen instructions and you will have the latest Sprint ROM in about an hour. (including download and flash time combined)

this process can also be done by extracting the radio file from the sprint update and placing it into the flash directory of the rom of your choice. (may not be for beginners)
