replacing it under insurance is fraud as that is only for lost/stolen/broken phones... you would have to break it for this to be covered...
on the other hand ESRP will cover repair of the phone if parts are acting finicky or are extremely worn....
I had my keyboard and side buttons replaced the other day, they will do this for you for free if you pay for the whole $7 plan... they will generally repair rather than replace the phone under this part of the plan, however.
