Installed the cab you posted
here and tested out this application. Of course as has already been posted i found that when trying to select media from within the application crashed, while going to a single picture and choosing to send picturemail worked to send a single picture. The functionality is that of a beta, similar to the first release of sMMS, and was not worth the extra program space/RAM. I can confirm that it uninstalled successfully, without having to hard reset.
