I am running 6.1 but still lost all of my data, except for one lone program under program files (airstream antivirus) weird
. I told Sprint that this was unacceptable as I run my business with my phone and laptop and I was considering the new Google phone at T-Mobile. They offered me a diamond for $250 with a 10 month extension.(is that a good deal) I heard from a Sprint tech that they think the problem has to do with the card moving in its slot but if you ask me I think they are guessing. Anyway I am thinking of taking my phone in to be replaced and selling it on ebay and switching to the Diamond. I back up every evening but if I have an error before my backup I can loose all my work.
