Ya, I think they definitely may be more lenient with long time subscribers. I honestly don't see myself leaving Sprint in the near future so long as they keep taking care of me this way. Once I activate the PRO I might need to have a discussion with retention about my plan though...I don't think my plan includes TV and such, but I do know it has unlimited data.
