However, you can grab a copy of \Program Files\MS Voice Command\vcbthag.dll (or \Windows\vcbthag.dll if installed from OEM), rename it to oemagw.dll and overwrite \Windows\oemagw.dll. Works fine and survives soft reset.

How can you overwrite \Windows\oemagw.dll? When I try it says "Cannot copy 'oemagw': Access is denied. Be certain that there is enough free storage memory, that the destination is not write-protected and that file is not currently in use"
