I had this happen when I was trying to 'fix' a misplaced websales order that was shipping to an APO (per sprints regs, they CANNOT ship to an APO, but I'll be damned if I didn't have my order ship to one) They ended up reversing the payment as I had already been charged for the phone. This screwed me because it put the account over it's 'spending limit' and suspended my service. Even though I was $180 in the plus (first bill, payed ahead to negate the oh crap factor). Needless to say I was pissed, and ended up talking to enough reps/supervisors about it that they gave in and reversed the original websales charge and gave me a $100 credit. It took about... 12-15 hours on the phone with them though so only try this one if you've got some guts.
