I had an Apache, Mogul, Touch, now a Touch Diamond, and (if I like the looks and thickness) probably a Touch Pro later this year.

I have a Diamond, and except for still not decided about battery, I can say that I've had none of the problems you've listed. No freezes yet, BT just as good as the Touch, etc.

I see no reason to think that the Pro will have any more problems that the Diamond, which means it will be FAR better than the Mogul.

So far, I'm quite pleased with the Diamond, and expect the Pro to be very similar.
