Personalizer works great, and i used to use it. But i found that a few simple steps in QPST and you can change the banner permanently. Even after a hard reset, or flashing a new ROM, the banner stays the same !!! Of course QPST can be used for many, many other things and can very dangerous if you dont know what you are doing.
