error 37 usually has to do with an authentication error. In other words an incorrect UserID and Pass. So I am assuming you have a data plan with Telus right?

As for noth booting up or doing anything, trying plugging it into the charger and turning it on. I assume you are pressing and holding the power button by the way. It not turning on doesnt mean it is bricked. It just means your batt is dead which is why I said connect it toits charger and try turning it on. But even then if the batt is TOO dead it will have to charge for a while before it turns on
