if you download the exe, install it then you can extract the nbh from C:\Program Files\SBR_L3GION V5

One day I was reading thru a thread here on PPCGeeks and the conversation was about how
fast flashing from a SD Card was compared to using an RUU and cable, so just out of curiosity I had to flash a ROM via SD Card. Since then I've flashed strictly from SD Card just because its so darn fast.
