I am vaguely following you on this but I know it is because you are new and havent learned the terminology yet.

So you have your 6700 and you want to put 6.1 on it. Why IDK because SO many people have issues with 6.1 on a 67 and you will never notice anything different on the 67 with WM5/6/6.1 but whatever floats or sinks your boat.

I assume you have BuildOS and are cooking your 6.1 ROM and after it is done cooking it opens the Rom Update Utility (RUU) and then you are connecting your 67 right? From that point RIGHT THERE please tell me what is happening and what errors you are getting.
