not to mention the fact that verizon gimps the crap out of their phones, one of the main reason i switched to sprint (plus SERO being a kickass deal). To tell you the truth it doesn't surprise me in the least that Verizon would cut functionality to pinch those pennies. While not technically an internal hardware difference, the PPC6800 and the XV6800 are very different exterior wise. Why verizon decided to uglify the XV6800 and delay the release of WM6.1 (with GPS capability still leaving much to be desired) to several months after sprint only attests to their apathy of the needs of the consumer.
