I can't hear my text message alerts. It doesn't even vibrate when I select that option. Is it because I have a BT headset? The audio is not routing there either. This is REALLY frustrating
and I have looked everywhere for answers. I have a Plantronics Voyager 855 on the Touch.
I don't know if this is relevant, but I was also having issues with keeping the email notification setting where it was supposed to be. I turned it off completely, but it kept turning on a sound and a short vibration. In the case of the SMS notification, it keeps my settings, but doesn't do anything.
