Re: Dashwire 2.0 (Updated 6/24/08)

One of my favorite features is the web portal for sending/receiving texts, and checking on missed calls.

I work in large server rooms on a regular basis, and this way, I can just leave my phone in my car where it will actually GET reception, and I can just use my phone remotely.

The only thing I wish Dashwire would do, is update outgoing texts FROM the dashwire site, back to the phone--again, this has to do with the fact that Dashwire does not sync texts back to the phone--but for this purpose, it would be great.

I like having hard copies of all my texts, just in case something were to happen, so I always PIMbackup everything, once a week, but I find myself not really caring what is stored on the phone. I like the ability to go through (almost) all my texts/calls on the dashwire site... It's much easier than using the phone for this... plus, our phones can only store 300 calls... Dashwire is a great deal more versatile in this case...

I'm still using the old client until the new one's pop-up problem is resolved.

Dashwire: I will probably install the new one in the next few days, so I can send you the logs...
