I just bought an HTC Touch and getting used to using the Windows Mobile environment...

Like many of you, i like to try out various softwares, sharewares and most important of all tweaks and hacks that a lot of ppl here has been developing for this community...

I often see that hacks/tweaks exes or cabs developped for certain WM PDA (eg Titan, Mogul, vogue etc) ... are these hacks/tweaks exes or cabs compatible to ALL WM devices no matter which PDA it is?

I mean is it the same Analogy as an exe made for windows vista desktop is compatible on any desktop running windows vista no matter which brand it is ... Clone PCs, DELL, HP, Compacts...etc as long as it is running Windows XP?
