after 7 years of blackberry and about 5 models that did this easily.... why can't a modern pocket pc (my 800w) make my life easier by allowing me to tap on a phone number in a calendar event???

i get invited to tons of conference calls. what have i been doing all week? taking out a PEN AND PAPER to write down what is already in my 800w as a calendar entry, manually typing it in the phone, and dialing...and then typing in the passcode.

i thought i was an idiot with the instructions, so i IM'd the palm support guy. he confirmed that it won't let me do this simple thing!

what gives??
