MSL changed?

I have a telus p4000 with the telus released wm6 update.

Decided to update to wm6.1. I have cooked kitchens in the past for my 6700 (before build os).

Anyway, I used olipro 2.40 spl, and had buildos cook the no2chem's latest (left it barebones).

After flashing the rom, I pulled the battery for a minute, did hard reset, it started up fine, it didn't run the extrom files though. Programs ran fine, it sync'd through active sync just fine.

When making a call it said it wasn't activated in this area. Did ##778, and my MSID was wrong, all my m.ip settings were unchanged though. I went to edit, entered my MSL (obtained through GetSPC, and it used on the stock rom) and it said it was incorrect.

I'm certain I'm entering it properly. I tried generating MSL on hex and dec. I've also successfully reverted back to stock and same thing.

I've searched, but nothing. Any ideas?
