Did ever anyone get VoIP on WM6.1 to work?

I used to be able to make calls at least (just dial) but since I am using a newer WM6.1 build now I can't even get it to do that.

It will be awesome if someone who got it to work share how to do it.

I have already tried everything I could find by searching VoIP on this board.
