do i have to install outlook on my comp or phone or something? if i do, where can i DL it at? thanks
Your getting that msg because you dont have Microsoft Outlook.
I believe that you can get a free trial from Microsoft, and of course you can always buy it...
Other alternatives to obtain Outlook, cannot be discussed in this forum, but bottom line is....

You Need Microsoft Outlook to sync email, calendar, contacts, tasks, and notes
