Try flashing it from bootloader (hold camera and power and hit the soft-reset button). Let me know if that fixes your issue - I'm not sure, but I think it might....

If that doesn't work rename the nbh file that gets extracted (into a temp directory or I think you can open the exe in winrar and do it manually) and rename to TITAIMG.nbh and put onto your non-HC microSD card and enter bootloader.

I suspect the first method will work and should be easier for you....
