The link details downloading the certificate to my device....In doing my search B4 posting, this was the most common advice. This, like most people who have had this question online did not work for me...as I mentioned...

Asked my network admin, they don't have any idea what to do. They are "going to look into it further, and get back with me."

I'm pretty sure I did the root, but I'm going to try again to be sure.

tried disabling SSL, got different error.

Your account in M$ exchange does not have permission to connect to the server with the current connection settings

code 0x85010004

I am pretty sure they will not let me connect without SSL.
