Just wanted to post a quick update to let everyone know that my problem has disappeared since I went back to the PRL 60611. My phone was solidly in EVDO all weekend so it was definitely the 60613 PRL that was causing the problem. I'm not even going to bother trying 60612 since I'll probably be picking up an 800w within a week.
