I'm curious if sprint even cares what their CSRs say to customers anymore. Heck, the higher ups probably don't even know when the rev. A update rom will be released. As far as I'm concerned, all they're doing now is just trying to make the customer hang up happy, only to be dissappointed at a later date that they undoubtedly make up. I'd be surprised if there were any reprecussions for making up a date, but I'll get names the next little chat I have with them anyways.
