Another way would be to load the ROM off a Micro SD card.

1. Rename RUU_signed.nbh to TITAIMG.nbh and copy it to a MicroSD that is 2 gigs or less that is formated FAT32 in the root directory.

2. Enter the bootloader by holding Power+Camera, then pressing the soft reset button with your stylus.

3. You will see the rainbow boot screen for a second, then it will prompt you to "Press power button to start update image". Hit power, then it will flash it for you. When it is complete, just puss the soft reset with your stylus.

4. If your device does not boot up for the first time after flashing, take the battery out for thirty seconds, then put it back in and restart your device.
