Hay not sure if anyone posted anything like this yet, but I was haveing alot of trouble changeing my top and bottom bars to black without the basehue like wm2003 style, and the reason I wanted to do this is because I'm working on a Touch Diamond theme. Any way I did a search on the internet and found this nifty little app. to do just what I wanted and it will alow you to customize side bars, scrollers, text, just about every thing all independently.
