Someone mentioned a while back that there is some way to do a fake ESN swap or something like that online before you FLASH and when you are done you swap something back.

I don't recall the details as I'm on Sprint. But somehow he reprovisioned his phone by disabling the current phone (before flash) and then reenabling it when he was done.

Some folks that have lost their DATA provisioning on Sprint I think can also do tricks like changing your password online will initiate an IOTA data provisioning of your phone (or it used any way).
