Re: SD card problems

Keep in mind the card should be formatted to FAT16. Are you using a built-in multi card reader in your PC or a USB card reader? If it is a built-in MCR then I dont know what to tell you other than to go to your Device Mgr and uninstall it and reboot to let XP reload the drivers for it. If you are using a USN card reader then you also can try to going to your DM and uninstall it and reboot. Reload the drivers (if XP doesnt do it). This is an attemp to get Windows to see the card and let you at least access it so that you can format it to FAT16.

Worse case senario, take it back to the store and have it replaced. If you dont have a reciept or have had it too long then buy one of the same kind and keep it a day or two and put the bad one in the new package and take it back and claim it as not working and get your funds back.
