won't active sync put your saved contacts on your new Mogul? I just had my 6700 replaced due to a flaky card reader... I hooked up the new 6700(refurb) to my laptop at the sprint store so I could test the USB port, all my contacts transfered to the new phone via active sync. Didn't really matter in my case as I had a Resco backup on my mem card that i also used... set up my new phone with all of my programs QUICK.
