Re: Help! I want to Flash Back to an Official ROM

Just to be on the safe side...try the following steps: Assuming you have a non-GPS enabled ROM currently

1. Relock your phone

2. Flash a stock ROM (ie Sprint 2.17 full) DO NOT flash a newer GPS enabled ROM at this point...youcould but just take it step by step to prevent bricking.

3. Flash newest stock ROM (ie Sprint 3.35 full)


If you currently have a non-stock GPS enabled ROM, the you should be able to flash stock ROM without any relocking. Just flash to the latest stock ROM.

That should prevent any type of bricking. But worst case, youwill mess something up and end up at the bootloader screen. That's no problem...its almost close to impossible to totally brick your phone.
