Did you literally set it to that url? or copy the xml and put it under the default place i see it is
www.arcsoft.com/mobile//UAProf/ArcSoft-MMSUA-PPC-v42.xml?
Curious for the former option , since the url is down currently.
Also i installed the cab but dont see MMS in my Messaging, do i need a reg value set to see it there as myabe was implied in earlier post?

Not sure how to run that with Total Commander, or PHM Reg Edit. Double clicking on it gives error and Import option greyed out in PHM Editor (which i suspect cause it says "
It is not possible to import registry files (.reg) yet.", guess they left the menu item in there though 
). EDIT: Guess i copy the file to ///registry and it just will know to import it?
kinda confused on the steps here soccer past installing the cab!
btw, weather thing finally worked. needed a few soft resets hehe.
