alright i was finally able to fix it .now i have working send and recieve pics msgs. all i did was add 4.281 arcsoft to my rom in my kitchen.. then after install made sure server was setup under mms options
then went to registry only changed the x-wap-profile to:
http://uaprof.vtext.com/utstar/xv69k/xv69kv1.xml
and the x-vzw-mdn: to my number
