once that is done go and dial ##775 or ##775# which ever works, and then select edit , then browse and locate prl/

because its alot of info for me to write, i suggest u look up ALL my post regarding qwest, i show u how to EASILY get your SPC code , because GetSpc doesnt work on qwest 6800's.

Plus i think im the only person who copied the original qwest 2.13 rom ,(which u should find a link to in 1 of my posts) i have the 1.47 radio which can be used instead of the 1.39 which isnt as good as the 1.47 anyways
A friend of mine from work bought a mogul yesterday brand new from qwest/ i took it home and during my lunch i upgraded it to radio 3.37 and DCD 3.04 rom ( of coarse i had to load both spl 1.20 and 2.40 at 1 piont / then load a sprint rom upgrade then to desired DCD 3.04)
i used DCD 's kitchen which allowed me to load the qwest customization package, so good luck ive said all im going to say
Bunvilla, I did everything you said and now everything on my phone that I have tried i.e. phone/custom ringtones/email works like a charm....It still says Sprint PCS on the Today screen (HTC home customizer) and it won't save my email account settings but it works and that is what counts.

I found your post about the Qwest Rom a few days ago and copied it. I found another one of your posts with a Qwest Radio in it and copied that just in case. Thanks to you I didn't have to start over again.

I'm surprised that when I called Qwest, they said that my MSL code does not change and even verified it in their computer that it was still the same as the first time they gave it to me. After following your instructions I find the code did change. I copied your instructions onto a MSWord file for future reference.

I can't thank you enough. Thank you to those others who jumped in to help also. I wish I could give you all kudos.

Rick
