There is a folder under LOC called 70bf28e9-b87c-4b43-be51-e804d08276b1
It contains the windows base ringtones. I put mine in there and then they show up in windows along with the standard ring tones. You need to do the registry edit discussed above to have it show up in the drop down window in controlpanel/sounds and notifications.
