I upgraded my Sprint Mogul to the 3.35.651.2 ROM from the 2.17

Now it takes an hour it to boot up... It just gives a blank screen after the initial HTC & Sprint intros.

When it does boot up, the sound does not work, the volume is all the way up, but no sound.

I'm sure there's more, but these 2 alone are driving me crazy.

I've reinstalled the ROM successfully 3 times, but still having same problems.

I also tried to go back to 3.16 - but it won't let me.

I have done a hard reset - no luck either.

Any ideas?
