We need a ROM FAQ wiki

There is a LOT of rom development going on lately and i think it is a great thing, but we probably could use a little better guide for people to successfully upgrade to the most appropriate rom for their circumstances.

I see many posts about things like "why should i use this rom?" and "what is different?" It looks like we need a "Which rom is right for me?" section as well as some reasons to build your own (also manual vs kitchen methods) vs using a premade custom. Some sort of "things to look out for" section could be useful too (i know i once created something that could have gone in this section )

After some structure and baseline info is set up some reviews and comparisons can be written by those who have tried multiple roms. Clearly the reviews and comparisons should not be biased though so someone other than the creator could chip in for these.

Does this sound like a good idea? I know there is a lot of info on the wiki already and in the threads, but this type of comparison could help many in choosing the rom.
