no you cant get it activated again. The esn is locked (at least with sprint) The phone becomes the property of Asurion insurance co. If it becomes known to Asurion that you still have the phone and dont return it, they will bill your acct. $200 for lost equipment.I work for Sprint Customer care and have handled that call several times. Dont bother trying, you will lose in the end.
