It says to remove 8366080 bytes, which is 7.98 MB. Go through your selections and take out some stuff. If you haven't taken enough out, you'll get another similar message with a smaller number of bytes to take out. Take the number of bytes it gives you and divide that by 1048576 and you'll have the number of MB you still have to remove.

The SD card size has nothing to do with this process. You are flashing to the "boot partition" of the phone's internal memory. That size is a constant, and thus you cannot cram too much into it. That is why you are getting the error message. What you created is too large to fit in the limited space available for your ROM. Hope this helps.
