I don't think you have a vogue i think you have the elf...the easiest way to tell is yours a GSM or CDMA device.....if cdma you need to unlock to flash, its pretty easy and im sure you will get it....Also if it is GSM do NOT try and flash the rom here as they are device specific and you will royally f your phone
