Just called them. It doesn't work for every plan. The cost difference with this reduction was minimal at best versus my current plan, and it pulls from your minutes as well.
VZN is falling further behind. They will continue to lose out to other vendors if they aren't carefull.
Once my obligation is up, I'll be moving on.
