Be VERY careful about deleting everything in the notification queue!!!! If you remove the two Replog.exe entries at the end of the list, you'll lose your AS connection forever. Unless you do a hard reset. Or search for cures. One cure I found was at

The latest MemMaid release version can also fix it now. That's the one that actually restored functionality for me. But clearing the complete notification queue opens up a real basket of worms.
Hope this is relevant on this thread. Hearing about clearing replog.exe entries still makes me nervous.
