I got Mike's Custom ROM tools to work, I was reading to much into it and after CAREFULLY reading and working it I feel like a fool it was so easy.
Thanks Mike!!, I now have the original 3.3 ROM jus the way i wanted and working with MS VC1.6, all is good. Now on to 3.5
