HTC Touch WM6 "Activesync Via Bluetooth" Help

Ok, I just picked up the HTC Touch from Bell, I've used both WM 2k3 and WM5, so I am fairly competent on using the OS..

I've been able to synchronize both WM2k3 and WM5 with my Tablet PC (Acer Tranvelmate C310) without much problems. I know exactly how to configure Bluetooth Serial Ports, and in this case, everything is configured correctly.

I've encountered something, however, that I cant seem to find a solution for now (yes I've searched every single topic, most just complaining about getting an activesync profile on their BT)

Scenario
Syncronizing via USB is working 100%

Now, for BT --> I've set up a BT Profile for my Tablet PC, configured the BT Ports for both Devices.

On WM6
Bluetooth Settings --> Devices --> Tablet
Profiles: Activesync (checked) - Dial Up Netorking (unchecked)
Refreshing the Partnership shows Activesync attempting to connect (green circle is spinning)

Yes, I know if the profile Bluetooth Serial Port showed up, it would be a mis-configuration. But the Activesync Profile is there, and Checked.
Usually this meant that everything is hooked up properly and that my Tablet is ready to accept active sync requests, (did so for my Axim x50, MotoQ, Treo wx700)

Problem
Activesync --> Menu --> Connect Via Bluetooth

Following Error:
"Cannot find an existing Bluetooth partnership with a PC/ that supports Activesync. Would you like to set up a partnership now?"

I Refresh the partnership, The Profile is there, Activesync Checked, and so I try to connect again.

"Cannot find an existing Bluetooth partnership with a PC/ that supports Activesync. Would you like to set up a partnership now?"

I am stuck.

I don't believe it even attempts a connection with my Tablet PC, and right away prompts me with this dialog.

Please, any help would be apriciated. Thank you
