tethering is actually hooking you mobile to your laptop or pc and using it as a modem to get internet.
legal, illegal, these are just words right, we all pay for unlimited data so whos to say how i get to see that data.
if you fail to see and use the power of denial, you may just recieve that ten zillion dollar bill. i watch alot of slingbox
try turning on the wifi then open the wmprogram, go to options , configuration, cellular connection, and check sprint, then run the program and let it go through its full check list before trying to connect from your pc
