They've really gone down hill with their customer service as of late I cant even get them to send me a replacement after they sent me my fifteenth refurb phone.. I'm tired of them.. but I'm sitting with a phone with a broken scroll wheel because they wouldnt send me a new one.. and they are NEVER going to release us an update..

I tried to email HTC about it, I've done it 3 times, but they havent returned any of them, and as already stated, nobody at qwest has ANY idea whats going on. I thought I was the only one unhappy.
I'm under the assumption that you cannot run the Sprint ROM on a Qwest Mogul.. I guess I've read wrong?

My Qwest Mogul will be here tomorrow and I hope to gain GPS access so I can run TomTom software without an external antenna... since Qwest hasn't run the update to enable gpsOne in the Mogul, and Sprint has, using the Sprint ROM would be ideal for me, unless it reduces functionality within other sections of the phone.

Can someone verify whether or not the Sprint ROM will work on a Qwest Mogul? ..if no, then how could I go about unlocking the ability to use the internal GPS chip for TomTom Navigator?
