I can confirm that the
netloc APK from CyanogenMod 7 works, though I had some instability with the same from CyanogenMod 9.
EDIT: After a few hours of using the netloc from CyanogenMod 7, my Latitude history shows that this netloc APK works much better than the netloc APK from odub303's XDA-Dev post, so I'm attaching the CM7 netloc APK for reference.
