I am having many certificate error messages about many programs, including Tierman's Autoinstall. Plus when I try to install Microsoft SQLCE 2.0, I get "The .NET Compact Framework could not be found."

.NET Compact Framework should be in 6.1 like 6.0, right? Have I got a bad OEM.rar file? It seems to be the right size, though.
